Onsite Hotel Reservations: Contact Wyndham Grand Reservations at (888) 317-0197 or In-House Reservations at (412) 391-4600. To book online, click here. We have a small number of king rooms remaining at the $150 group rate, and we are working to add more king rooms, although the rate will be higher at $199/night.

If you call and are quoted a higher price (such as $260/night) that means our block is full. Try one of the hotels below.

We work hard to negotiate the best rates for our members. If you’re still having trouble after trying all three options, please contact us.

Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown: We have a small number of rooms (doubles and kings) available at the $150.00 group rate. The group name is Association of Classical & Christian Schools (or ACCS). The phone number is (800) 272-3134 or (412) 281-5557. The Hilton Garden is located in the Market Square area, approximately a six-minute walk from the Wyndham Grand. (You can see the Wyndham from the Hilton Garden.)

Embassy Suites (535 Smithfield Street): We have just added a small number of rooms at $169.00/night for kings and $199.00/night for doubles. Call (412) 328-2200 for reservations or register online. According to Google maps, this is an 11 minute walk (0.6 mile). There is also a bus service between the hotels.
